An epic bike ride around the Dingle Peninsula

We took an amazing bike ride around the Dingle Peninsula (above) which can hardly be described by words (seriously - click the Dingle Peninsula link - its amazing), so I'll keep it brief and let you enjoy the pictures.

The ride was a grueling (always a headwind, uphill both ways on tiny roads trying to avoid getting hit by cars - see below) 26 mile ride along the coast, over mountains, through the countryside and in towns along Slea Head road. We made some great stops along the way - to climb a mountain (see photo overlooking the countryside), to climb down the rocks over the ocean (see photo), to fix Katie's bike and to eat in the beach town where Ryan's Daughter was filmed.
